Nancy is the Children's Ministry Coordinator, offering support and organization to more than 40 volunteers at DCC in the area of Christian Education and Ministry Experience.  Nancy has been involved in the Children's Ministry at Dove since 2000, becoming a part-time staff member early in 2004.

Nancy graduated from the Alpha Way Bible College in 1990. For the next 6 years she pursued an education in Psychology while working as a part-time Youth Director, and finally as the Dean of Women at a Christian high school.

After marrying Dirk Morrison in 1996, they moved to Colorado where Nancy worked as their church's production secretary.  Dirk's work in Colorado was temporary; upon completion they were given the opportunity to choose where to live and decided upon the Rapid City, SD area to be closer to family.  Nancy, her husband Dirk and their four children, Thor, Anika , Liv and Lars have lived in the Black Hills since 1999.

Nancy has worked with children, youth ministry and administration for 17 years.  While this educational background has been helpful, being a parent to three young children was the greatest catalyst in her desire to help provide consistent quality ministry to the children and families at DCC.
